Where It All Began
It all started with a dream in 1996. Sinok Park, a devoted educator from New York, saw the growing need for dependable, high-quality childcare that working families could truly count on. With a heart full of passion and a vision rooted in love, she founded what would soon become Daddy DayCare & Preschool now Starlight Scholars Academy in the heart of North Richland Hills, Texas.
Her mission was simple but powerful: to create a nurturing space where children are not only cared for—but genuinely loved, supported, and inspired to grow into their brightest selves. It wasn’t just about watching kids while their parents worked—it was about shaping young minds, building character, and creating a second home where children could learn, laugh, and thrive.
